Artist Statement: I love everything sci-fi and feel like these drawings are a part of me because it is how I imagine other worlds could look like. And maybe edgelands are other worlds?

Thinking about other worlds, galaxies and places not yet explored I have included my favorite classic car (a 1967 Ford Mustang) in all five drawings, and even the Millennium Falcon from the Star Wars movies in another. Other worlds always make me curious, but what if those other worlds are closer to home than we figure? What if they contain things that are familiar to us, and it is easier to explore them than imagined?
