Artist Statement: In my personal valley of dolls, I am someone who is no one at all. This is the result of changing who I am to please others. When I am alone, I am no one at all, but since having been separated from other people, I’ve been separated from myself. In a journey to once again find myself I’ve left the walls of my home and I’ve gone to the forest where I’m alone with nothing else. Is this the place where I can create a person to please myself and not a person for others consumption and finally say I am my own self?
